Our Team
Ringrose Button Chartered Accountants have a staff base from a variety of backgrounds who have practical experience, extensive education and excellent technical knowledge.
We have staff members who have worked within the primary production industry and have first hand experience in practical applications and are able to understand the issues faced by primary producers. Many of our staff have backlined sheep & branded calves.
Our high standards are maintained through regular professional development and training, and our teams desire to provide high quality service to each and every client.
We currently have 3 partners who are assisted by a team of accountants, varying from graduates to Chartered Accountants, and bookkeepers. This office is supported by our administration and IT teams. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and progressive office which has an enjoyable work environment and a great team spirit.

Elaine Jacobie

elainejacobie@rbca.com.auElaine grew up on a grazing property in South Africa and worked as an accountant for 10 years in the rural town of Aliwal North. In April 2007, Elaine and her family took the plunge and moved from South Africa to Longreach and joined us here at Ringrose Button. Elaine became a Chartered Accountant in 2010. Elaine is also a Commissioner for Declarations and a Registered Tax Agent. Outside of the office Elaine enjoys the country lifestyle and weather, reading and being involved in the local community and activities.
Based in Longreach, Elaine visits Blackall regularly
Charlie Williams

charliewilliams@rbca.com.auCharlie grew up south of Longreach on his family's sheep and cattle property. He received his senior education at the Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) in Brisbane and then went on to graduate from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2015. He immediately started his accounting career in Brisbane, gained his Chartered Accountants membership in 2019, before returning home to Longreach. Growing up on the family owned and run property Charlie has gained a significant understanding of the complexities that often surround family run businesses.
